When I got hurt…I knew I needed a lawyer with compassion and experience… I called because I knew he would take good care of me and my family. I was right. He even came to my home.
I lost my 14 year old daughter in a car accident. She was a passenger in a car when it was struck by a van whose driver was under the influence of marijuana. Fred Feder was able to secure settlements against all the responsible parties for the limits of their insurance policies without the necessity of a trial. I am grateful for Mr. Feder’s commitment, focus and helping my family through this terrible time.
I refer all my friends to Fred Feder.

When Ford Electronics terminated my workers’ compensation benefits, Mr. Feder took my case all the way to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania where I finally won. Not only did I receive all of my back benefits plus interest, my case ultimately settled with my employer paying me a lump sum. My lawyer was relentless in getting me justice!
Mr. Feder, please accept my utmost gratitude for all you did for me in my case against US Steel.
Mr. Feder, please accept my utmost gratitude for all you did for me in my case against US Steel. Not a day goes by that I don’t think of you calling me with the news that we had won. The amount of money recovered was beyond my wildest expectations. God bless you.
Once it was in Fred’s hands, I didn’t worry about it at all.

In February 2009, a Philadelphia jury awarded $61 million dollars to a client of Mr. Feder who was paralyzed while driving during a rainstorm, when suddenly a tree fell and crushed her car. Mr. Feder was able to demonstrate to the jury that the roots of the tree had been cut during recent construction work on the sidewalk, creating a dangerous condition and leading to the worst case scenario. After 3 days of deliberations, his client was awarded $61 million dollars plus delay damages.
A factory worker suffered catastrophic injuries, resulting in the loss of his arm and leg, when caught between the rollers of a large industrial machine. Mr. Feder reached a confidential settlement with the machine manufacturer. A workers’ compensation settlement with a present value in excess of $1.2 million dollars was also reached with his employer, providing him with income and medical benefits for the remainder of his life. In addition, his employer also agreed to provide the funds necessary to refurbish his home to accommodate his disabilities.
A bakery worker complained of shortness of breath on a daily basis after being transferred to a facility where they baked only white bread. The client had previously worked in a bakery which only made wheat and rye products. The family doctor diagnosed the client as suffering from an upper respiratory infection. A week later, the worker was found dead behind the oven with an over-the-counter bronchodilator clutched in his hand. Because the doctor failed to accurately diagnose the problem as “baker’s asthma”, Mr. Feder obtained a confidential settlement for the medical malpractice, as well as a judgment against the bakery on behalf of the surviving widow and two minor children. The children will receive benefits until their 18th birthdays, while the widow will receive monthly benefits for the remainder of her life.
