Fred M. Feder, Esquire

Fred M. Feder is a Philadelphia attorney with more than 40 years of experience practicing law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has concentrated his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Family Law, Medical Malpractice, Civil Litigation and Product Liability. Mr. Feder, born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, received his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and graduated from Vermont Law School, cum Laude in 1977. The founder of Feder Law LLC, Mr. Feder’s advocacy for his clients has resulted in significant verdicts and settlements.

Since 2011, Mr. Feder has been a managing member of Lawsuit Funding Group LLC, which engages in the business of pre-settlement and post-settlement litigation funding. In this capacity, he has underwritten more than 500 cases. In May 2016, Mr. Feder formed Tower Funding LLC, which focuses on the funding of personal injury matters and class action settlements.

Mr. Feder is a member of The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association (PTLA), Pennsylvania’s oldest trial lawyers association preserving the right to justice, as well as The Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ) preserving civil justice, and dedication to protecting the individuals’ injured in our Commonwealth. He is also a volunteer attorney for the Montgomery Child Advocacy Project whose mission it is to end and prevent child abuse and neglect in Montgomery County through legal services, advocacy and education.
